When looking at crime in our communities or when watching news reports on traumatic events around the world, we can see the residue of mental illness, suicide, grief, and loss on people all over the world. We provide mental health awareness training to better understand what good mental health is. Training on what to say when someone is contemplating suicide and how to approach someone who is suffering from grief. Our services are available in a conference room, classroom, or other group format.

Our mission is to equip individuals across various sectors, from senior leaders to employees and members of the wider community, including churches, penal institutions, and other community organizations, with the knowledge and tools to promote mental well-being.

Suicide Prevention Classes:
In our engaging group presentations, attendees will delve into the core aspects of mental health. We aim to break down the stigma surrounding mental health by fostering a deeper understanding of it. When it comes to suicide prevention, we empower participants to recognize the signs of suicide and provide guidance on how to effectively communicate with someone contemplating suicide.

Grief & Loss Presentations & Support Group:
Within our grief support groups, we guide individuals through the intricate journey of understanding grief, including its definition, the various stages, and different types. At TTB, our goal is to extend this vital psychoeducation not only to the workplace but also throughout our communities.
We recognize that many leaders, employees, and community figures are swamped with their daily responsibilities and may lack the expertise to address these critical mental health issues.
